Client Account Specialist

Experienced Phone Professionals Wanted Home Plan Today is expanding and is seeking experienced professionals who are confident on the phone, communicate effectively, and enjoy helping clients achieve important financial goals. If you have experience in collections, account resolution, customer retention, financial services, banking, inside sales, or high-volume call centers, we'd like to speak with you. Professionals with collections experience are strongly encouraged to apply, as the communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills developed in those roles often translate exceptionally well into this position. About the Position As a Client Account Specialist, you'll work directly with clients who are preparing for major lending opportunities, including homeownership and commercial truck financing. Your responsibilities include: Speaking with existing clients by phone Answering account-related questions Helping clients remain engaged in their program Resolving concerns professionally Encouraging clients to complete important next steps Building positive client relationships Accurately documenting client interactions Working closely with our Client Success Team This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy communication, problem-solving, and helping clients successfully reach their financial goals.
