Client Success Manager | Full-Time | Remote | Digital Marketing Agency

About the Role Plumber Marketing USA is a digital marketing agency helping plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractors grow their businesses through SEO, PPC, LSA, branding, and other digital marketing services. We are looking for a Client Success Manager who is highly organized, dependable, and an excellent communicator. You will manage client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, follow up on tasks, and make sure client needs are handled promptly and professionally. You do not need to be a digital marketing expert. A basic understanding of digital marketing is enough. What matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, follow through on commitments, and take ownership of your responsibilities. Responsibilities * Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients * Build and maintain strong client relationships * Conduct monthly client check-in and report review calls * Respond to client questions and concerns professionally and promptly * Track client requests, tasks, and action items * Follow up with internal teams and clients to ensure tasks are completed * Keep accurate CRM notes and client records * Coordinate with SEO, Ads, and Marketing teams on client needs * Review basic marketing reports and communicate updates to clients * Help onboard new clients and set clear expectations * Monitor open issues and proactively address potential problems * Complete daily task reviews and follow-ups Who You Are * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Excellent written and verbal communicator * Strong at follow-through and staying on top of deadlines * Proactive and comfortable taking initiative * Calm and professional when handling difficult clients or situations * Comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities * Accountable and dependable * Willing and able to learn new tools, systems, and digital marketing concepts Requirements * Experience in client success, account management, customer service, or a similar client-facing role * Strong written and spoken English * Basic understanding of digital marketing * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Strong follow-up and task management abilities * Comfortable communicating through email, phone, and video calls * Proficient with Google Docs and Google Sheets * Able to work independently in a remote environment * Ability to quickly learn new software and processes Nice to Have * Digital marketing agency experience * Experience with SEO, PPC, LSA, or other marketing services * Social media knowledge or experience * Familiarity with AI tools or AI-generated content * Experience with CRM, project management, or ticketing platforms * Experience with GoHighLevel, Slack, ClickUp, Google Ads, or similar tools Our Values Ownership | Integrity | Excellence | Teamwork | Change If you're organized, dependable, communicate well, and are the type of person who follows through and gets things done, we'd love to hear from you.
