Client Support Specialist

We are hiring a reliable Client Support Specialist to communicate with clients and candidates and coordinate introductions for an international service. Responsibilities include phone and messaging communication, screening and qualifying candidates, understanding client preferences, identifying suitable candidates, scheduling private video introductions, following up with both parties, maintaining accurate platform records, and handling sensitive information professionally. You should be fluent in English, comfortable with phone calls and messaging, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Recruiting, sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus. This is a part-time role with 27 hours per week, Monday-Friday 5 hours/day plus Saturday 2 hours. Compensation is $300 for the initial 4-week contract, paid in two $150 bi-weekly payments, plus a $100 bonus for each successful introduction.
