Clinical Research Trainer (GCP) – French Speaker (English a Plus)

Job Description We are a clinical research organization delivering professional training programs in clinical trials and Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP). We are looking for a freelance Clinical Research Trainer / Lead Instructor to support the design and delivery of our training sessions (remote). ⸻ Key Responsibilities (Aligned with our internal role) • Design and develop structured training programs in clinical research • Deliver and animate live training sessions and interactive workshops (TD) • Define learning objectives and pedagogical plans • Prepare and improve training materials (PowerPoint slide decks, supporting documents) • Assess trainee competencies and provide feedback • Ensure high-quality learner follow-up during training • Collect and analyze trainee satisfaction questionnaires • Coordinate pedagogical aspects with the Training Manager ⸻ Required Skills & Experience • Solid experience in clinical research (CRA, Clinical Project Manager, QA, Trainer…) • Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP principles • Excellent French communication skills (native or fluent) • English proficiency is a strong plus for bilingual versions • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines • Advanced PowerPoint / Microsoft Office skills • Experience with online learning platforms is appreciated ⸻ Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree minimum (Bac+3 equivalent) • At least 2 years of experience in professional training or teaching • Experience delivering training sessions in healthcare or life sciences ⸻ Engagement Model Start with a project of 20x2 hours • Review and improve one training slide deck (5–10 hours) on regulatory submission with CTIS (competent authority+ Ethics commitee) Then ongoing collaboration for training delivery and content updates. ⸻ To Apply, Please Include • Your clinical research background, regulatory background in Europe • Any training/teaching experience • Example of training slides or course material (if available) • Languages spoken and weekly availability
