Clothing Graphic Designer Needed for Everyday Fashion Brand

We are looking for a creative and experienced clothing graphic designer to work with us on developing original designs for a new everyday clothing brand. We are looking for someone who understands modern fashion, minimalism, typography, composition and print production — not someone who simply creates generic graphics. What we are looking for The designs should be: Unique and original Clean, modern and visually balanced Suitable for everyday/lifestyle clothing Not overly crowded or messy Not dependent on huge logos or excessive graphics Easy to recognise while still being subtle Designed with the actual garment and placement in mind Suitable for T-shirts, oversized T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts Strong enough to work as both a small and large print Commercially appealing to a young adult audience We want designs that make someone look at the T-shirt and think: "That looks different. I would actually wear that." Printing requirements You should have experience preparing artwork for DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing and ideally other garment printing methods such as: Screen printing DTG Embroidery Heat transfer Other suitable apparel printing techniques You should understand print limitations, colour separation, transparency, fine details, line thickness and print placement. The artwork must be supplied as high-resolution, production-ready files, preferably including editable/vector formats such as AI, EPS or SVG where applicable, along with PNG files with transparent backgrounds. Creative direction We don't want designs that look like typical template-based clothing graphics. Please avoid: Overloaded illustrations Too many elements competing for attention Random typography Generic motivational quotes Clip-art style graphics Designs that look AI-generated without proper creative direction Copying existing brands or popular designs Excessive use of the brand name/logo We prefer strong concepts with restraint. A design can be simple, but it should still have an idea behind it. Your responsibilities You will: Develop original design concepts based on our creative direction. Create multiple design variations when required. Recommend suitable print methods for each design. Prepare artwork for production. Make revisions based on feedback. Maintain consistency across the brand's visual identity. Ensure the final designs are commercially usable and technically suitable for garment printing. All final artwork created for this project must be original and must not infringe existing trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual-property rights.
