Cloze CRM Specialist for Real Estate

Multiple Duties - Seeking a Cloze CRM Specialist to set up and optimize our CRM system for a real estate business. Scope of work: 1. Cloze CRM audit & segmentation * Review my existing 1,000+ contacts and clean up/standardize data (duplicates, missing fields, inconsistent tagging) * Build segments: past clients, sphere of influence, active leads, landlord/tenant contacts, commercial contacts * Set up custom fields relevant to real estate follow-up 2. Landing page * Build 1 lead capture page (Leadpages or Unbounce) for a lead magnet (e.g., home value report / new listing alerts) * Connect to Cloze via Zapier so submissions auto-create/update contacts 3. Instagram automation * Set up ManyChat (or equivalent) to auto-respond to DMs/comment keywords and send the landing page link automatically 4. Cloze Campaign (nurture sequence) * Build an automated follow-up sequence in Cloze triggered when a new lead comes in 5. Monthly newsletter * Set up a recurring newsletter template/segment list in Cloze, ready for me to send monthly 6. Ongoing management * Interested in an ongoing working relationship (weekly/monthly) to manage the CRM, keep segments current, and adjust campaigns — please note your availability/rate for ongoing work separate from the initial build Requirements: * Demonstrated hands-on experience with Cloze CRM specifically — please share examples * Experience with Zapier automations connecting landing pages/lead sources to a CRM * Experience with ManyChat or similar Instagram automation tools * Real estate industry experience strongly preferred * Comfortable working independently — I'm not familiar with Cloze and need someone who can make decisions and explain things simply, not assume I'll configure anything myself Deliverables: * Cleaned, fully segmented Cloze account (1,000+ contacts) * Live landing page connected to Cloze * Working Instagram auto-responder * One active nurture campaign in Cloze * Newsletter template ready to send monthly * Simple written guide (not required to be tecThis is a part-time role could be ongoing monthly tasks if needed.
