CoStar Real Estate Contact Research & Data Entry

Job Description We are looking for a reliable freelancer to assist with a straightforward web research and data-entry project. We have access to CoStar and need someone to manually review real estate professional profiles within specific markets and transfer the available contact information into a clean, organized spreadsheet. This is primarily a manual research and data-entry assignment. No advanced technical skills, coding, scraping, or real estate experience are required. We are looking for someone who is accurate, organized, efficient, and comfortable working through a large number of profiles. Scope of Work For each market provided, you will: Search the designated market in CoStar's professional directory. Review the professionals appearing in the search results. Open individual profiles as necessary to access their contact information. Enter the requested information into an Excel or Google Sheets spreadsheet. Include professionals from the primary market as well as nearby markets we identify. Check your work for duplicate or incomplete entries. Information to Collect For each professional, please collect the following information when available: First Name Last Name Company Job Title / Professional Type Email Address Phone Number City / Market Any other relevant contact information displayed in the profile We will provide the spreadsheet format and the list of markets to research. Requirements The ideal freelancer: Has strong attention to detail. Is comfortable performing repetitive manual research. Can accurately transfer information into a spreadsheet. Has experience with Excel or Google Sheets. Can follow instructions closely. Communicates promptly if they encounter a problem or have a question. Can complete the project quickly. Previous CoStar experience is helpful but not required. Important This is a manual data-entry project. We are not looking for automated scraping, browser bots, or other tools that could violate platform restrictions. Accuracy is more important than simply moving through the profiles quickly. Timeline We would like this project completed as quickly as possible, ideally within 2 days of starting.
