AI Coach Chatbot & Bilingual Report Developer – EdTech Platform (Phase 2)

Project: Chatzo AI Coach + Parent Coaching Report — Phase 2 We're expanding an existing AI-powered English speaking platform for young learners. Phase 1 (AI speech assessment, Azure Speech integration, parent dashboard, bilingual EN/KR reporting) is live. We're now hiring for Phase 2, which adds an AI coaching chatbot, a redesigned parent report, and prompt management tooling. Scope of Work: - Fix six documented Phase 1 diagnostic issues (listening task validity, question-type classification, feedback mapping, speech-recognition confidence handling, EN/KR consistency) - Build "Chatzo," a bounded, text-based AI coach tied to real assessment data (not a general chatbot) - Redesign the parent coaching report (score, strengths, next steps, home practice, bilingual EN/KR) - Add prompt version control with draft/publish/rollback and admin roles - Integrate a hosted LLM (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI API, or approved equivalent) with logging, safety controls, and cost tracking Full requirements are attached as a Master Scope of Work and a detailed Functional Requirements Appendix, please review both before applying.
