We work with coaches who already have a real practice, a real methodology, and a body of work behind them — and we help extend their reach without adding hours to their week. We are in charter phase. That means we are onboarding a small first group of coaches rather than filling a large roster, and we would rather be straight about that up front than oversell it. **The role** We are looking for an experienced coach to take on a paid pilot engagement with our clients. - Remote, flexible scheduling - Scoped as an initial paid block of sessions, with ongoing work as the network grows - Areas of interest: business coaching, health and behaviour change, leadership, personal development - You bring your own methodology — we are not asking you to deliver someone else's script **Who this suits** - You have an established coaching practice and current or recent clients - You have a defined ideal client rather than working with anyone who arrives - You have produced a body of work: a podcast, YouTube channel, book, course, or written material - You are comfortable with AI as a support layer rather than threatened by it **A second opportunity, stated openly** Alongside the coaching role, we build Digital Twins for coaches — a version of your methodology that can work with your audience around the clock, hosted on our platform, with revenue share on subscriptions. This is a separate and entirely optional conversation. You can take the coaching role and ignore it completely.
