We need a reliable WhatsApp assistant that handles common requests accurately, integrates with our Cliniko practice management system, and hands over to a human when it should. We already have a detailed technical blueprint and know exactly what we want built. We're looking for someone to execute it professionally. What You'll Build A centralised WhatsApp automation (Option B architecture) with: * Intent classification via OpenAI for patient messages * Dynamic clinic routing — detects which clinic the patient is messaging based on phone number, serves correct prices, hours, and availability * Cliniko API integration — check availability, cancel appointments, surface booking slots (human confirms final booking in Phase 1) * Approved answer library — prices, services, locations, hours pulled from a configuration table, never hardcoded * Human handover system — clean escalation with full context to clinic owner * Conversation logging — all interactions tracked in Google Sheets or Airtable * Guardrails — clinical questions, complaints, and uncertain intents always route to human Tech stack: Make.com, WhatsApp Business API (direct Meta), OpenAI GPT-4o mini, Cliniko API, Google Sheets/Airtable.
