No-Code Developer: Airtable + Softr + Make.com Build for Faith-Based Discipleship Platform

I’m building a real, two-sided platform for churches: a free tool that helps church staff genuinely know and connect their congregation, and a paid subscription that delivers a daily, personalized Bible lesson to individuals based on their own church’s sermons and their personal spiritual journey. What You’ll Be Building • The complete Airtable database structure • The Softr-based staff dashboard, styled to match the provided visual reference (mockup and vision board attached) • All 15 automation workflows described in the spec • WhatsApp Business API message template submission (this should begin immediately upon starting, since Meta’s approval process has real, unpredictable lead time) • Stripe integration for subscription billing and a free trial flow What I’ll Be Providing I’m writing all real content myself, in parallel with your build: the actual onboarding conversation language, matching logic details, and more, delivered to you on a real, ongoing schedule as each piece is finished. You are not starting with a checklist and no substance behind it. The AI system prompt driving the daily personalized content is already complete and will be provided to you in full, ready to use, from day one. Accounts and Ownership All real accounts (Airtable, Softr, Make.com/n8n, Stripe, Google Cloud, Anthropic) will be created and owned by me. You will be added as a collaborator. This is a real work-for-hire project: all code, configurations, and system designs belong entirely to me, with no ongoing rights retained by you as the developer. Timeline and Budget Realistic timeline for a developer with genuine relevant experience: 4-6 weeks.
