Cold Call Outreach Specialist

We’re seeking a motivated outreach specialist to make daily outbound calls to hospital discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and facility directors to introduce Haven Nest’s housing services. You’ll build and maintain a target list of hospitals, rehab centers, VA facilities, and case management offices, clearly explain our services, eligibility, and referral process, and track outreach and follow-ups in a CRM or call log. You may also schedule and attend follow-up meetings or facility visits, distribute marketing materials, and report weekly on calls made, contacts reached, and referrals generated. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of cold calling, sales, healthcare outreach, or marketing experience, strong phone presence, and basic computer skills.
