We're looking for one motivated person who wants to make real money by getting chiropractic office owners onto sales calls with our CEO. The base pays your bills. What We Do Network:DC helps chiropractic offices grow through social media marketing — better content, stronger online presence, more attention, more patients. Your job is to find these offices and open the door. What You'll Actually Do You own the front end of our client acquisition. Every day you will: Call chiropractic offices — this is the priority. Get the owner or decision-maker on the phone, spark interest, book the call. Send personalized Instagram DMs to office owners and their business pages. Send personalized cold emails where you can find the right contact. Research offices, find the decision-maker, and spot weaknesses in their social media you can lead with. Follow up relentlessly — most wins come from follow-up #3, not #1. Qualify interested prospects and book them onto a call with our CEO. Log every prospect, conversation, and follow-up in our system. Channel priority: Calls first, always. Instagram DM second. Email third. If you can't find an email for an office, that's fine — but the call and the DM still get done. No excuses like "I couldn't find their email." Daily & Weekly Targets This is a real job with real numbers. A motivated full-timer hits these comfortably. Every day: 50+ calls (dials) 20+ personalized Instagram DMs 15+ personalized cold emails (where a contact exists) Every week (roughly): ~250 dials ~100 Instagram DMs ~75 emails Quality over spam — every message should be personalized to that specific office. But the volume floor is not optional. The Number That Actually Matters: Booked Calls Activity gets you paid the base. Booked, qualified calls with our CEO get you the commission. Here's the ramp we expect: Week 1: Onboarding + learning our pitch (0–1 booked) Weeks 2–4: 2–3 qualified calls booked per week Month 2 onward: 4–6 qualified calls booked per week — target is 1 per working day Hit this consistently and you'll be signing clients regularly. That's the whole game. Compensation — In Plain Numbers $500/month base salary Up to $1,000 for every client you help sign, structured as: $500 when the client signs and pays their first invoice $500 once that client has been active for 60 days No cap on how many clients you can earn from. Sign 3 in a month, that's up to $3,000 in commission on top of your base. The people who help us grow share in that growth. Simple. Hours (Important — Please Read) Our prospects are US-based chiropractic offices. You must be available to call during US business hours.
