Cold Caller / Appointment Setter Needed – Commercial Cleaning Remote | Ongoing Work | Performance-Based Pay We are a UK-based commercial cleaning company looking for a reliable and experienced cold caller / appointment setter to help us generate new commercial cleaning opportunities. Your main goal will be to research suitable businesses, cold call them, qualify them and book appointments for our team. 🎯 Your Target We are looking for someone who can consistently book around 3 qualified appointments per day. The calling itself should generally take around 1–3 hours per day, depending on your calling volume and performance. We will provide you with the dialer, but you will be responsible for finding and researching suitable businesses online before calling them. 🏢 Businesses We Want You To Target You MUST only target: * Commercial offices * Estate agents / property agencies/ Site Mangers Please do not call: * ❌ Restaurants * ❌ Pubs * ❌ Cafes * ❌ Takeaways * ❌ Shops * ❌ Residential customers * ❌ Any other type of business We are specifically looking for office and estate-agent cleaning contracts. 📍 Target Areas You will be calling businesses in the following areas: * Ascot * Windsor * Slough * Maidenhead * Egham * Virginia Water * Sunningdale You will need to research businesses online, identify the appropriate contact person or decision-maker where possible, and then call them using our provided dialer. 💰 Payment We will pay: £15 per qualified appointment booked. There is no payment for appointments that do not meet our eligibility criteria. This is a performance-based opportunity, so the better you perform, the more you can earn. For example: 3 qualified appointments per day × £15 = £45/day ✅ Appointment Eligibility For an appointment to qualify for payment: 1. The prospect must be a commercial office or estate agent. 2. The business must be located within our target areas. 3. They must have a genuine need or potential need for commercial cleaning. 4. The cleaning requirement must be for at least 4 hours per day. 5. The appointment must be with someone who can discuss or influence the cleaning decision. 6. The prospect must agree to speak with our team about their cleaning requirements. 7. The appointment must be genuine and confirmed — no fake, duplicate or unqualified bookings. We are NOT looking for meetings with businesses outside these criteria. Quality is more important than simply booking a high number of appointments. 📞 What You Will Do Your daily responsibilities will include: * Researching suitable businesses online * Finding office and estate-agent prospects * Finding relevant contact details * Cold calling prospects using our dialer * Speaking confidently with business owners, managers or decision-makers * Explaining our commercial cleaning service * Qualifying their cleaning requirements * Asking about their current cleaning arrangements and requirements * Confirming that the requirement meets our criteria * Booking appointments directly for our team * Keeping accurate records of calls and appointments * Reporting your results at the end of each working session ⭐ Who We Are Looking For The ideal person will: * Have previous cold calling / appointment setting experience * Be confident speaking to businesses * Have good spoken English * Be comfortable making cold calls * Know how to handle rejection and objections * Be able to research businesses independently * Be organised and reliable * Focus on quality appointments rather than just making calls * Ideally have experience with B2B sales, commercial cleaning, facilities management, estate agents or local business lead generation Previous experience setting appointments for UK businesses would be a strong advantage. 🕐 Time Commitment We expect the work to take approximately 1–3 hours per day, depending on performance. Our initial target is: 3 qualified appointments per day.
