We already have prospect lists built for our initial live markets and need a sharp, fluent English speaker to handle outbound cold calling and secure appointments with local contractors. What You Will Do: * Make outbound cold calls to local business owners and contractors using our pre-built prospect lists and provided dialer/sheets. * Pitch our unique value proposition: We aren't an SEO agency; we already have live local sites generating calls and want to hand those leads to one exclusive partner. * Qualify the contractor and book a 10--minute strategy/intro appointment directly onto our calendar. * Keep clean, updated notes in our tracking sheet/CRM for every call. Requirements: * Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B appointment setting (Real estate or contractor niches a huge plus). * Exceptional spoken English with clear pronunciation and active listening skills. * Thick-skinned, professional tone, and capable of handling brief gatekeeper pushback or busy contractors. * Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a professional headset. Compensation: * Hourly base pay ($6.00/hr) + Lucrative progressive performance bonuses ($25 to $50 per attended appointment).
