Cold Caller. Book Appointments with Hospital Case Managers

I'm hiring a cold caller to book short in-person meetings for me with discharge planners, case managers, and social workers at Dallas-area rehab hospitals, LTACHs, and acute care hospitals. You call, get past the gatekeeper, pitch in a few sentences, and book a 15 to 30 minute meeting in person. I handle the meeting. What I'll give you: A list of target hospitals with main phone numbers and the department to ask for A tested phone script and voicemail script Objection handling for the most common pushbacks What I'm looking for: Prior cold calling experience, ideally in healthcare, senior services, home health, hospice, or medical device Professional, natural phone presence — hospital operators screen for telemarketers Comfortable with terms like case management, discharge planning, LTACH Able to call Tuesday–Thursday between 10:00 and 11:30am Central Time (this is when case managers are actually reachable) Detail-oriented. every call logged in a shared Google Sheet with contact name, outcome, and next step In your proposal, briefly tell me: What healthcare or senior services calling you've done Your english fluency with voice sample A realistic estimate of meetings you could book in 10 hours on this kind of list Proposals without these three won't be considered.
