Cold Caller Lead Originator for Commercial Mortgages

We are expanding our origination team and looking for motivated cold callers and lead originators who can help identify new financing opportunities and connect qualified prospects with our capital advisory team. Must have flawless US English accent. Position Overview The Cold Caller / Lead Originator will be responsible for outbound prospecting, making calls to business owners, property owners, real estate investors, developers, brokers, and other potential referral sources. Your primary goal will be to generate qualified conversations and financing opportunities for Clopton Capital. This is a performance-driven role ideal for someone who is comfortable on the phone, persistent, professional, and motivated by commissions. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective borrowers, business owners, real estate investors, developers, and referral partners. Identify potential financing needs, including commercial real estate loans, SBA loans, business loans, working capital, equipment financing, and other capital needs. Qualify leads by gathering basic information about the borrower, property, business, loan request, timing, and current financing situation. Set appointments or transfer interested prospects to Clopton Capital’s finance team. Maintain accurate notes and lead status updates in the company’s CRM or tracking system. Follow up consistently with prospects who express interest. Represent Clopton Capital professionally and clearly communicate the company’s financing capabilities. Meet daily and weekly call activity goals. Ideal Candidate Strong phone communication skills. Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection. Sales-minded, competitive, and self-motivated. Professional, reliable, and organized. Experience in commercial real estate, lending, business financing, mortgage, insurance, merchant cash advance, or B2B sales is a plus. Ability to quickly understand basic financing needs and determine whether a lead is worth pursuing. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
