Summary

GrowRx is seeking an experienced freelancer to support outbound lead generation for recruitment firms by booking qualified sales meetings. You will contact business owners, founders, CEOs, and other decision-makers, start conversations, follow up, qualify interest, and set appointments. This role requires strong spoken English, natural communication, and the ability to handle a high volume of calls. You should be comfortable working from an ICP and provided scripts, personalizing LinkedIn outreach, and tracking results. Experience with recruitment, IT recruitment, staffing, or other B2B services is a plus. Please share your cold-calling experience, LinkedIn outreach experience, appointment-setting results, daily call capacity, tools you have used, and an example of how you would open a cold call.
