We are looking for a motivated cold caller to contact homeowners, identify motivated sellers, and schedule appointments. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle rejection professionally. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to homeowners Identify four pillars of a motivated seller Upload list to multi-dialer (mojo) Record call notes in CRM Generate 5+ leads per week Requirements/Descriptions Fluent in English and communication skills Sales or cold calling experience preferred 1 year + Organized and able to work independently
