Cold Caller – Real Estate Virtual Assistant Agency We are a Philippines-based Virtual Assistant agency looking for a motivated and confident Cold Caller to help us connect with real estate agents in the US and introduce our virtual assistant services. About the Role Your main responsibility is to cold call real estate agents and find out if they could benefit from outsourcing some of their day-to-day tasks to a Virtual Assistant. You will be reaching out to real estate agents, briefly introducing our agency, learning about their current workload, and seeing if they are interested in trying our services through a free trial. Responsibilities Cold call real estate agents using provided leads and contact information Introduce our Philippines-based Virtual Assistant agency Ask agents about their current workload and whether they need additional support Identify potential outsourcing opportunities such as: Administrative tasks Lead management and follow-up Transaction coordination CRM management Listing support Data entry and research Other real estate-related tasks Explain the benefits of working with a Virtual Assistant Offer qualified prospects a free trial Schedule a call or consultation with interested agents Record call outcomes, notes, and follow-up information in the CRM Follow up with interested prospects when needed What We’re Looking For Previous cold calling or telemarketing experience Real estate experience is a strong advantage Comfortable speaking with US-based real estate agents Excellent English communication skills Confident, friendly, and professional phone manner Able to handle rejection without getting discouraged Good listening and questioning skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Reliable internet connection and a quiet working environment Comfortable using CRMs and calling platforms Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who can do more than simply read a script. You should be able to have a natural conversation, ask the right questions, identify pain points, and determine whether an agent could benefit from outsourcing. The goal isn't to sell aggressively — it's to start conversations and find real opportunities.
