Cold Calling and Lead Generation VA

VA+ is looking for a confident and experienced Cold Calling & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant who can connect with U.S.-based prospects, qualify leads, conduct consistent follow-ups, and book appointments. What you’ll do: ✅ Make outbound calls using an approved lead list and script ✅ Build rapport and hold natural, professional conversations ✅ Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities ✅ Handle basic objections confidently ✅ Book appointments, consultations, and discovery calls ✅ Follow up with prospects through calls, email, and SMS ✅ Maintain accurate lead records and updates in GoHighLevel ✅ Meet daily and weekly outreach and appointment targets What we’re looking for: 🔹 At least 3 years of relevant cold-calling, appointment-setting, lead-generation, telemarketing, or sales-development experience 🔹 Proven experience calling U.S.-based prospects 🔹 Hands-on experience using GoHighLevel 🔹 Excellent spoken and written English 🔹 Clear, confident, and professional phone presence 🔹 Reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and quiet workspace 🔹 Availability during assigned U.S. business hours
