• A verified lead list covering: property managers, real estate agents, estate attorneys, and professionals who deal with hoarding situations (social workers, APS caseworkers, senior care agencies, hoarding-specialized therapists) in the NYC/Queens/Long Island area • Sending infrastructure set up properly (separate domains, inbox warming, SPF/DKIM/DMARC) so we protect deliverability • Cold email copy written and A/B tested — I’ll provide business details, service info, and reviews to work from • Total send volume of approximately 20,000-30,000 emails, spread over about 3 months (not rushed — I’d rather protect deliverability than blast fast) • Weekly reporting on opens, replies, and booked leads/calls How I work: • I’m hands-on and want regular updates — weekly check-ins minimum, more if something needs a decision from me • I’ll give you what you need on the business side (photos, reviews, service details) quickly when asked • This is a long-term business for me, not a short-term push — I’m looking for someone I can keep working with if this campaign performs well, not just a one-off gig Budget: $300/month is your pay for ongoing maintenance and management of the campaign (list building, sending, optimization, reporting). I will separately cover all tool and software costs — Apollo, Instantly, or whatever else is needed — so you don’t need to factor those into your rate.
