Cold Email Deliverability Expert — Reaching Outlook/Microsoft 365 Inboxes (Ongoing)

I run cold email campaigns targeting investment professionals at institutions. My problem is specific and I know exactly what it is: Microsoft is sending all my emails to spam. My setup: I'm on Instantly with Gmail/Google Workspace sending accounts (purchased and natively warming since May 30). My audience almost entirely uses Outlook / Microsoft 365 with gateway security. An Instantly inbox placement test confirms the issue — Google-to-Google lands 100% in the inbox, but Google-to-Microsoft lands 100% in spam. Authentication is clean (SPF, DKIM pass), so this is a deliverability/reputation problem, not a config error. Important context: this campaign worked before. I was booking meetings consistently, and cold contacts were even forwarding my emails internally to the right person. The copy is ok (could be optimized, but it's not spammy and it converted). I just need to get back to landing in Microsoft inboxes. What I'm looking for: Proven experience getting cold email into Outlook / Microsoft 365 inboxes, ideally for B2B / institutional audiences Hands-on knowledge of Instantly Someone who will both do the work and teach me how as we go — I want to understand the system, not just outsource it Scope: Near term: reliably deliver 50–100 net new emails/day (my audience is relatively small, so quality over volume) Longer term: scale toward 500–1,000/day This is an ongoing monthly engagement, not a one-off fix If you've solved the Google-to-Microsoft spam problem before, tell me briefly how you did it.
