Cold Email Master Expert Needed

We have a person in our office who set up a cold email campaign that is running currently, it has zero results on an offer that should have some interest to some businesses. our offer has considerable value and discount and is a B2B program. We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our cold email marketing campaigns. Someone who knows how to get results, for whatever reason our person and whoever he is working with has no results at all. You must have mastered marketing, copy writing that gets response and everything cold email !!!!! We are a B2B organization and we are sending daily emails. Our intent is to end up with 2 to 3 sales per month - I am used to selling 11 - 12 deals per month so 2 to 3 is not too many. that said I'm really looking for someone who knows how to get results vs just charging us for email processes.
