Cold Email / Outbound Growth Operator

We are running outbound experiments across 2 of our B2B SaaS products (influship.com). Both operate in the influencer marketing / UGC spaces. We have Salesforge set up, domains and mailboxes warmed, etc. We have lead sources, researched prospects, draft campaigns and early tests. We have not started LinkedIn outbound yet. We need someone who can come in and execute on our broader strategy. Testing different data sources, different levels of personalization, signal based vs lead based outreach, trying to nail down some AI prompts to research/write personalized copy. We're not looking for someone to just send 'quick question' lead-gen agency copy, set up all of our infra as a managed solution. We really need someone with a GTM/growth brain to help execute and iterate. Things on our mind to test include emails with personalized campaign ideas included in them, LinkedIn outreach based on engagement with topical posts. Our key challenge is getting insanely high quality personalization done at scale. If you're not in Codex or Claude for 80%+ of the day, this probably isn't for you. The best way to stand out is to include some small idea or thought of what we could try or do so we can easily judge the level you think at.
