Cold Email Outreach & Deliverability Expert Needed | DNS, Email Setup & Campaign Management

We are looking for a Cold Email Outreach & Deliverability Expert to help us set up, manage, and optimize B2B cold email campaigns while maintaining strong email deliverability. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Cold Email Outreach, Email Deliverability, DNS Configuration, Domain & Mailbox Setup, Email Warm-up, and Campaign Management. Responsibilities Set up and manage B2B Cold Email Outreach campaigns Configure domains, mailboxes, and sending infrastructure Manage DNS records including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC Monitor and improve Email Deliverability Configure email authentication and domain reputation settings Set up email warm-up and maintain healthy sending practices Create and manage targeted cold email campaigns Monitor bounce rates, spam complaints, open rates, and other campaign metrics Troubleshoot email deliverability and authentication issues Optimize sending strategies to improve inbox placement Maintain campaign performance reports and make data-driven improvements Requirements Proven experience in Cold Email Outreach & Email Deliverability Strong knowledge of DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC Experience with domain and mailbox configuration Understanding of email authentication and sender reputation Experience managing B2B cold email campaigns Strong knowledge of email deliverability best practices Ability to identify and resolve deliverability issues Strong attention to detail and communication skills
