Inside Sales & Appointment Setter – Medical Aesthetics Project We are seeking a professional, dependable inside salesperson to conduct outbound calls to med spas, dermatology practices, plastic surgery centers and other aesthetic facilities offering facial microneedling, hair restoration, scalp services or scalp micropigmentation. Key responsibilities include: Make outbound calls to prospective facilities using the provided contact list and approved script. Identify and speak with owners, practice managers, medical directors and other decision-makers. Introduce the Mount Hydra facial and scalp product opportunity. Qualify interest and schedule consultations or product-review appointments. Identify facilities interested in placing an introductory order and participating in an in-facility evaluation. Send approved follow-up emails and information when requested. Maintain detailed, accurate notes for every conversation and follow-up. Update the provided Excel spreadsheet with call results, decision-maker information, appointments, requested materials and next steps. Clearly flag interested prospects requiring follow-up from management or a product specialist. Follow the approved messaging and avoid making unapproved medical or product claims.
