Upwork Job Post: Contractor Site Outreach for Free Calculator Embeds Title: VA needed — build list & send outreach emails to home improvement/contractor sites (50-100 contacts) Description: I run HomeChisel.com, a free home improvement calculator site (paint, tile, flooring, lighting, etc.). I want to offer our calculators for free embed on contractor/home service websites in exchange for a small attribution backlink. What I need: 1. Build a list of 50-100 relevant sites — contractor companies, home service blogs, remodeling/DIY sites — that would plausibly want a free calculator tool on their site (e.g., a tiling contractor’s site getting a tile calculator). 2. Find a contact email for each (info@, contact form, or owner/marketing contact). 3. Send a templated outreach email to each (I’ll provide the template) offering the free embed in exchange for a credit link back to HomeChisel. 4. Track responses in a shared spreadsheet — who replied, interested, declined, no response. Deliverable: Spreadsheet of sites + contacts + email sent status + replies. Good fit if you have: experience with list-building/lead gen and cold outreach, comfortable using a spreadsheet to track progress, decent English writing to personalize emails lightly if needed.
