I'm looking for a **highly proactive outreach and appointment-setting specialist** to help me handle **guest booking for my podcast from end to end**. This isn't simply a cold email role. I want someone who can take ownership of the entire guest-booking process — from finding the right guests and reaching out to them, through follow-ups, conversations, scheduling, and making sure they actually show up. ### What you'll be responsible for * Researching and identifying high-quality potential podcast guests * I can give you a list every month, but list-building skills is needed * Writing and sending personalized cold emails and other outreach * Managing outreach campaigns and follow-up sequences * Handling replies and communicating professionally with potential guests * Qualifying interested guests and moving conversations forward * Booking guests directly onto the podcast calendar * Managing scheduling and rescheduling * Keeping track of prospects, conversations, follow-ups, and booked guests in a CRM/spreadsheet * Following up with booked guests to confirm attendance * Continuously improving outreach messaging, targeting, and booking rates ### What I'm looking for You should have strong experience with: * **Cold email** * **B2B / professional outreach** * **Appointment setting** * **Lead generation and prospect research** * **Follow-up sequences** * **Email communication and sales conversations** * **Calendar/scheduling management** * CRM or pipeline management Podcast booking experience is a **big plus**, but it's not essential if you have a strong background in outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead generation.
