Summary

Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Ecommerce Assistant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our multi-brand personal care portfolio. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving operational efficiency and growth across our direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels. You will take full ownership of the D2C promo calendar, ensure site optimizations and updates are executed flawlessly, and lead initiatives that enhance the customer experience while maximizing revenue. If you're passionate about ecommerce, love solving problems, and are focused on achieving measurable business outcomes, this is the role for you. Key Responsibilities: · Own and Optimize the D2C Promo Calendar: Assist with the planning and execution of promo activities across brands, ensuring all dates, assets, and requirements are aligned to maximize sales and operational efficiency. · Ecommerce Forecasting & Performance Planning: Support the development and maintenance of weekly and monthly ecommerce sales forecasts by analyzing historical performance, promotional calendars, seasonality, traffic, conversion, average order value, and other key business drivers. Identify variances between forecasted and actual results, communicate risks and opportunities, and recommend adjustments to promotional, merchandising, and operational plans to help achieve revenue targets. · Site Optimization & Merchandising: Own the end-to-end process of managing and updating our Shopify sites, including product detail pages (PDPs), product listing pages (PLPs), pricing, and promotions. Develop and refine merchandising strategies to ensure we drive conversions and average order value. · Coordination & Asset Management: Lead the coordination of copy and creative assets for emails, banners, and on-site modules, working cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery and consistency with brand guidelines. · Email Campaign Execution: Assist the team in staging and executing email campaigns, ensuring brand tone, accuracy of links, UTMs, and accessibility. Partner with the marketing team to optimize email strategies for higher engagement and revenue growth. · Operational Excellence & Quality Assurance: Conduct weekly QA checks across live sites, ensuring all pages are functioning correctly (e.g., no broken links, mobile optimization, page speed). Take ownership of tracking and fixing issues proactively. · Project Management: Lead the execution of cross-functional projects by managing timelines, stakeholders, checklists, and ensuring smooth handoffs using project management tools like Taskworld. Be the go-to point of contact for keeping projects on track and driving results. · Data-Driven Decisions & A/B Testing: Contribute to data-driven initiatives by supporting light A/B testing, audience segmentation, and testing new site features or promotional strategies. Monitor key performance metrics and use insights to iterate and optimize for better results. · Process Improvement & Documentation: Establish and document efficient processes, templates, and naming conventions that enhance team collaboration, speed, and scalability. Continuously evaluate processes to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. Required Skills: · 2 to 4 years in a D2C ecommerce role with a focus on operations, merchandising, or site management. · Strong hands-on experience with Shopify (or a similar platform). · Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with knowledge of lookups, pivots, data analysis, forecasting, and creating basic reports to track performance. · Proven track record of managing projects, tasks, and timelines using project management tools such as Taskworld or similar. · Familiarity with email platforms such as Klaviyo and analytics tools such as GA4, Hotjar, etc. · Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to troubleshoot and update templates as needed. · Strong QA mindset with a focus on ensuring high standards across copy, design, functionality, and links. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment. · C1 level highly desired.
