E-Commerce Fraud & Trust/Safety Professionals for Amherst College Research Survey

We are recruiting U.S.-based professionals with experience relevant to e-commerce fraud, online marketplaces, trust and safety, payment or transaction review, customer disputes, risk analysis, or related areas to participate in an online Qualtrics survey for an academic economics research project at Amherst College. The survey will take no more than 30 minutes and will involve making purchase decisions in a simulated online marketplace. Participants will evaluate fictional product listings and select the listing they consider the best option in each choice set. Applicants do not need to hold a specialized fraud or risk-management position. We welcome professionals whose work has involved areas such as e-commerce operations, online marketplace support, payment or transaction issues, customer disputes, trust and safety, fraud prevention, risk review, or other closely related responsibilities. Participants are expected to complete the survey independently, carefully, and in full.
