E-Commerce Inventory Assistant

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-Commerce Inventory Assistant for a long-term, full-time position. You will help manage inventory, monitor stock levels, complete daily product-related tasks, and support our Amazon and eBay operations. Most of your work will be completed through Google-based applications and systems we have created. Main responsibilities: Review and update inventory and stock information daily Monitor assigned reports, products, and potential inventory issues Complete product-related tasks on Amazon and eBay Research products online for dropshipping based on criteria we provide Enter and verify product information accurately Work with basic Google Sheets and other Google applications Follow our procedures and complete assigned daily tasks Double-check completed work to prevent errors Report any inventory discrepancies or unusual issues immediately Requirements: Previous experience working with products, inventory, or e-commerce Previous experience with Amazon Seller Central and eBay Basic Google Sheets and Google applications experience Comfortable working with numbers and product data Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Able to follow detailed instructions consistently Reliable internet connection and dependable daily availability Good written English and clear communication Willingness to learn our systems and procedures Accuracy is extremely important in this position. The selected candidate must carefully verify their work and take responsibility for preventing and correcting errors. Position details: Long-term, full-time position Approximately 5–8 working hours per day Must be available during California business hours Compensation: $500 per month Back-office position with no customer or supplier communication Training will be provided for our specific systems and procedures When applying, please briefly answer the following: What experience do you have with inventory or stock management?
