E-Commerce Inventory Data Specialist (Google Sheets & Product Verification)

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help maintain our product pricing database. This is a structured, repetitive, long-term role for someone who enjoys accuracy-focused work and following clear procedures. Accuracy and efficiency are both important. We value candidates who can work quickly while maintaining a high level of accuracy. **Workload:** Approximately 2–3 hours per week. ## Responsibilities Four to five days per week (Monday through Thursday/Friday), you will: * Receive a batch of approximately 20 product SKUs. * Log into our secure supplier portal. * Search for each SKU. * Verify that you have located the correct product. * Record the following information in a Google Sheets spreadsheet: * Current price. * Shipping cost to a Continental U.S. address (CONUS). * Shipping cost to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. No customer service, phone calls, or sales responsibilities are required. This is strictly a back-office inventory verification role. ## Requirements * Exceptional attention to detail. * Comfortable performing repetitive work with consistent accuracy. * Experience using Google Sheets. * Good written English. * Reliable internet connection. This starts as a small ongoing project.
