Commercial Cleaning Sales Representative – High Commission

We are a growing commercial and residential cleaning S-Corporation looking for a high-performing, self-motivated Sales Closer to join our team. We handle top-tier janitorial and cleaning services, and we need an experienced closer to turn warm prospects, appointments, and commercial leads into signed long-term contracts. What We Are Looking For: Proven track record in B2B phone sales, closing deals, and handling objections. Experience in the janitorial, commercial cleaning, or facility management industry is a major plus. High level of professional communication and follow-up skills. Ability to handle walkthrough notes, present proposals, and secure signed agreements. Compensation & Earnings Structure: We offer a highly competitive, performance-based compensation plan designed for top earners: 35% Commission on the total initial contract closing value. 5% Monthly Residual Commission for the first 3 months of the contract. High earning potential with uncapped commissions on larger commercial accounts. Responsibilities: Follow up with pre-qualified leads and scheduled appointments (walkthroughs/proposals). Present custom cleaning proposals to decision-makers (Property Managers, Office Managers, Facility Directors). Overcome objections, negotiate terms, and secure signed contracts. Maintain clean records of communication in our CRM. Language Preference: Native or fluent English is required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus.
