We are seeking a skilled professional to assist with commercial project take-offs, focusing on multiple trades. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction project management and be able to accurately estimate costs and materials. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Trades Involved: - Concrete - Masonry - Framing - Flooring - Painting - Tile - ACT - Specialties Take offs must be completed anywhere between 24-48 hours. Must use take off tools like togal AI or Bluebeam for the take off. If you have a strong background in construction and project management, we would love to hear from you.
