Commercial Working Capital & Debt Restructuring Expert

We are seeking a fractional commercial finance expert with a proven history of designing and executing working-capital, debt-restructuring, underwriting, and lender-sourcing systems for operating businesses. This role requires hands-on experience with commercial debt diagnostics, 13-week cash-flow forecasting, capital-needs analysis, debt workouts/refinancing, UCC considerations, sources-and-uses, debt schedules, lender-ready packages, underwriting management, term comparison, closing/payoff coordination, and post-funding stabilization. Experience should include multiple structures such as bank LOCs, term loans, SBA, ABL, factoring/AR financing, inventory/PO financing, trade credit, equipment financing, and alternative capital. Historical performance is required. Provide 3–5 anonymized examples of transactions you personally handled, including transaction size, financing/debt challenge, structure used, your specific role, outcome, and measurable results. We strongly prefer experts with 7+ years in commercial banking, credit/underwriting, ABL, factoring, SBA lending, restructuring/turnaround, fractional CFO, or commercial capital advisory who have also built repeatable SOPs, models, templates, underwriting workflows, and transaction-management systems.
