Commission Based Appointment Setter

We are hiring a commission-only appointment setter/closer for Qualified HVAC Leads. We sell one simple service: SMS-verified, qualified HVAC leads to HVAC business owners. This is a focused niche. No complicated product. No multiple services. No confusing offer. We provide training material, a sales pitch deck, clear pricing, and interested HVAC/home service business owner leads for you to contact. Important Upwork Contract Note This is a commission-based role. Since Upwork requires either an hourly or fixed-price contract, this job will be set up as a fixed-price contract. The fixed-price amount is only a placeholder for the Upwork contract setup. Actual compensation is paid through Upwork based on closed sales. All commission payments will be handled through Upwork as milestones or bonuses after the customer pays. What You’ll Sell Qualified HVAC Leads helps HVAC contractors get qualified lead opportunities for: AC repair HVAC replacement heating repair emergency HVAC service These are exclusive qualified lead opportunities, not shared leads. Pricing is simple: 10–20 leads: $85 per lead 20–50 leads: $80 per lead 50+ leads: $75 per lead Average customer purchase starts around $850+ and can potentially reach $5,000+, depending on how many leads the customer wants. Compensation This is a commission-only role. You earn: 15% commission per sale Commission can increase up to 20% after 3 months based on performance Example commission at 15%: $850 sale = $127.50 $1,700 sale = $255 $4,000 sale = $600 $5,000 sale = $750 Commission is paid after the customer pays. What You’ll Do You will be responsible for: Contacting interested HVAC/home service business owner leads Following up by phone, SMS, and email Setting sales appointments Running sales calls using our pitch deck Explaining the offer clearly Handling objections Closing sales Updating CRM notes/status Following up with customers after purchase Making sure customers are receiving good-quality leads Upselling customers into larger lead packages when appropriate Important Sales Expectation We sell qualified lead opportunities. We do not sell guaranteed jobs, guaranteed revenue, or guaranteed close rates. The HVAC business is responsible for calling, following up, quoting, and converting the leads. You must be able to explain this clearly and confidently. Who This Is For This role is for someone who already knows how to sell. Experience working with HVAC business owners is strongly preferred, but not required. Experience selling to home service business owners is also valuable, including: roofing plumbing solar cleaning landscaping pest control remodeling other local service businesses If you have sold lead generation, marketing, appointments, advertising, or business growth services to local business owners, that is a strong plus. Requirements You must have: Fluent English Strong phone communication skills Understanding of American business culture and mindset Experience with appointment setting, closing, or B2B sales Confidence selling commission-only Ability to follow up consistently Ability to use a pitch deck Ability to work independently Ability to speak with U.S. business owners professionally Do not apply if you require hourly pay.
