The company fits the approved target-company criteria. 2. The contact holds an approved decision-making role. 3. The prospect understands that the discussion concerns MENA expansion or regional growth. 4. The prospect has expressed genuine interest in discussing the opportunity. 5. The prospect attends the meeting for at least 20 minutes. 6. The partner provides the contact’s LinkedIn profile, outreach history, qualification notes, current MENA presence and relevant response. 7. No misleading claims, unauthorized commitments or mass-spam tactics were used. Final qualification will be based on the documented criteria above, not simply on whether a calendar invitation was accepted. ## Professional representation After the Upwork contract begins and the required training is successfully completed: * You may receive an official company email account. * You will be required to represent the relationship accurately on LinkedIn as a freelance or contract position. * The approved title will be similar to **Independent Business Development Partner**. * Your company email and LinkedIn affiliation must be removed when the contract ends. * You must follow our confidentiality, brand representation and data-handling requirements. ## Selection process ### Stage 1: Written application Submit a concise proposal answering every question listed below. Your application should demonstrate that you have read and understood the full scope. ### Stage 2: Interview Selected applicants will attend an Upwork interview to discuss their experience, communication skills, approach, availability and understanding of the engagement model. ### Stage 3: Mock assessment Shortlisted applicants will complete: * A mock discovery or outreach call with us * A short sample email for a fictional target company * A brief explanation of how they would qualify the opportunity This assessment will use a fictional company. It is not unpaid live prospecting. ### Stage 4: Contract and onboarding Successful candidates will receive an Upwork contract and complete the required onboarding, confidentiality and operating requirements. ### Stage 5: Training and certification Before contacting live prospects, you must complete training covering: * Our company and services * Our methodology and value proposition * Target-company and persona qualification * Outreach messaging * Discovery and objection handling * Meeting-quality standards * Reporting and CRM requirements You may be required to complete additional role-play before being approved for live outreach. ### Stage 6: Live outreach You will initially receive a controlled batch of approximately 20 companies. Additional accounts will be released after the quality of your research, outreach and qualification has been validated, progressing toward approximately 100 companies. ## Required application questions Please answer each question separately and in the same order: 1.
