Commission-Based B2B Sales Outreach Specialist – Hospitality & Institutional Linens

EZee Comforts is a growing bedding business offering quality printed bed sheet sets and white institutional linens, including flat sheets, fitted sheets, and pillow covers. We are looking for a motivated B2B sales outreach specialist to identify potential buyers, introduce our products, and help close sales opportunities. Target Customers Airbnb and vacation-rental property managers Hotels, motels, and extended-stay properties Healthcare and senior-living facilities Salons, spas, and wellness businesses Student-housing and accommodation facilities Other institutions that purchase bedding or white linens in bulk Target Areas Kansas, Missouri, St. Louis, Chicago, Dallas, and nearby markets. Responsibilities Research and identify potential local and regional buyers Find the correct purchasing, operations, or property-management contacts Reach out through email, LinkedIn, phone, and other appropriate channels Introduce EZee Comforts products using our catalog, images, and pricing Follow up professionally and keep a clear record of leads and conversations Help arrange calls, samples, quotes, and orders Focus on building genuine business relationships and closing sales Compensation This is a performance-focused role with a 15% commission on every closed deal you bring in. Commission will be calculated on the net amount collected from the customer, excluding taxes, shipping, returns, refunds, and cancellations. Commission is paid through Upwork after the customer’s payment has been received in full.
