We're looking for someone to help us find new clients, particularly in the USA, Canada, Australia, and other international markets. Honestly, we don't care how you do it. If you already have contacts with businesses and want to make an introduction, great. If you'd rather do cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, referrals, networking, your own lead generation process, or whatever has worked for you before, that's also great. **Important: this is commission-only.** We can't offer upfront payment or a fixed salary at this stage. What we can offer is a solid percentage of any project that closes because of your efforts. • What we're looking for • Introductions to, or outreach to, businesses that may need graphic design, branding, packaging, print design, video editing, 3D mockups, or digital marketing services. * Real conversations with potential clients, not just a spreadsheet of names. * Ideally, qualified prospects who are interested in having a quick introduction call with us. * Follow-up with prospects when needed to help move opportunities forward. • What we don't care about * Your exact method — referrals, cold outreach, warm network, LinkedIn, email, etc. * Whether you focus on one industry or multiple industries. * Where you're based. * Whether you already have a network or prefer to build your own pipeline. • Compensation **Commission-only — no upfront salary.** We offer a **percentage commission on each project that closes as a direct result of your efforts, paid once the client signs and pays.** We're happy to discuss the commission percentage and want it to be fair based on your experience, approach, and level of involvement.
