Commission Based Outreach Specialist to Generate Client Leads

We are WisdomLayers, a web design agency serving small businesses across North Carolina. We build custom websites for local businesses like barbershops, contractors, therapists, and restaurants. We need someone to own the outreach and lead qualification side of our pipeline: finding prospects, starting conversations, and keeping them warm. Your job is to find businesses that need a website, reach out to them, manage replies, and hand off anyone who is ready to talk to us. We take it from there and close the deal, you get paid when they sign. What this looks like day to day: Research and identify local businesses in NC that have no website or an outdated one and add them to our outreach list Send personalized outreach messages via email or social media Monitor replies and respond promptly and professionally Answer basic questions about our services Follow up consistently with leads who have gone quiet Log all activity and conversations Hand off warm leads to us when they are ready to talk Pay structure: Commission paid per closed deal, scaled to project size Paid after the client's deposit clears No cap on commissions Active reps earning $500 to $800 per month This is fully remote with flexible hours. No experience required but strong written communication is a must. You need to sound like a real person, not a salesperson.
