The Opportunity We’re seeking an experienced E-commerce Partnerships & Affiliate Sales Manager to expand Softcore Interiors through creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, online product placements, wholesale relationships and strategic sales channels. This is not a traditional social media posting position. We need a relationship builder and revenue generator—someone who can identify the right partners, make the introduction, secure the opportunity and track the resulting sales. The ideal person already understands visually driven lifestyle brands and has relationships within home décor, fashion, art, LGBTQ+ media, gifting, interiors or adjacent markets. What You’ll Do *Recruit and activate qualified creators, affiliates and brand ambassadors *Build relationships with design blogs, gift guides, publishers and online shopping platforms *Pursue product placements and partnership opportunities *Develop relationships with boutiques, interior designers, hospitality buyers and corporate gifting clients *Expand sales through Shopify, TikTok Shop, Pinterest, Instagram and other appropriate channels *Create outreach strategies tailored to Softcore’s voice and visual identity *Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, conversations and active partners *Track affiliate links, promotional codes, accounts and attributable revenue *Report on outreach, conversions, revenue and next-step opportunities *Identify which partnerships are worth scaling—and which ones are just making noise What We’re Looking For *Demonstrated experience growing an e-commerce, home décor, fashion, beauty, art or lifestyle brand *Experience with affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, wholesale sales or business development *Existing relationships with creators, publishers, retailers, designers or relevant buyers are strongly preferred *Working knowledge of Shopify and performance-tracking tools *Strong written communication and confident outreach skills *Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule, methods and sales pipeline *A results-driven mindset focused on revenue—not followers, impressions or vanity metrics *Genuine enthusiasm for distinctive art, design and emotionally resonant branding Commission Structure This is an independent, commission-based opportunity with no guaranteed salary or hourly compensation. 10% commission on attributable net revenue from direct commercial or wholesale accounts you originate, during the account’s first six months 3% commission override on attributable net revenue generated by affiliate or creator partners you personally recruit and activate Additional milestone bonuses may be offered for reaching agreed monthly revenue targets Net revenue is calculated after discounts, refunds, returns, chargebacks, shipping and applicable taxes. Final terms, attribution rules and payment schedules will be documented before work begins. The role is nonexclusive, allowing qualified representatives to maintain other compatible clients or product lines. Initial 30-Day Objective The first 30 days will focus on building and testing a repeatable partnership engine. Initial objectives include: *Presenting a focused channel and outreach strategy *Building a qualified pipeline of creators, affiliates, publishers and retail partners *Recruiting and activating approximately 25 relevant partners *Generating the first 10 attributable orders or securing meaningful commercial account opportunities *Delivering a clear 90-day growth plan based on actual results To Apply Please include: 1.
