Commission-Only Appointment Setter (Remote, Worldwide)

We build AI voice agents, AI text agents, custom dashboards/CRMs, websites, and full backend automation for businesses — whatever they actually need, not a fixed package. Deal sizes vary a lot depending on scope, which means your earning potential per client varies too. What you'll do: — Reach out to business owners (cold call, email, or DM — your choice) — Book qualified calls onto my calendar — That's it. I handle the pitch, close, and delivery. Pay: 25% of the build fee + 15% of the monthly retainer, for every client that closes — paid for as long as that client stays with us. Recurring commission increases to 20% once you've brought in 3 active clients. Since we scope and price every deal individually based on what the client actually needs, bigger builds mean bigger commissions. No cap. Who we're looking for: — Based in Europe, the USA, or Australia — Fluent in your local language — you'll be doing outbound outreach to businesses in your own market, so this is required, not a nice-to-have — Comfortable doing outbound outreach (calls, emails, or DMs) — Self-motivated — no base pay, no micromanaging, you set your own hours Paid the same day I receive the client's transfer.
