Commission Only Appointment Setter

We need a proactive appointment setter and sales professional to contact prospects, schedule meetings, and help drive new business opportunities. This is a commission-only role focused on outbound outreach, follow-up, and converting interest into qualified appointments. You should be comfortable working independently, managing a pipeline, and communicating clearly with potential clients. Experience in sales or appointment setting is preferred, and we’re looking for someone reliable, organized, and motivated to generate consistent results. The compensation structure is scaled and rewards quality First 20 appointments = $10 per confirmed show After quality review of the first 20 = $25 per confirmed show If they lead to a sale, referral fee = $200 per sale for first 5 sales, $400 per sale after. Willing to give access to a lead generation tool as well to assist. You are expected to be able to prospect for leads as well.
