Commission based business development expert

Hello everyone, We are looking for a motivated Business Development / Client Acquisition Partner to bring in clients for our technical development agency. This is a purely commission-based role designed for anyone with a strong network, direct outreach skills, or sales expertise looking to build an uncapped, recurring income stream. Compensation & Earning Structure You will earn an ongoing, lifetime commission for every single project you bring through our doors. 20% Recurring Commission: You receive a direct 20% cut of the billable hourly rate. Continuous Payouts: You get paid for as long as the client’s contract stays active. Clear Example: If we bill a client $100/hr, you take home $20/hr ($800/week on a 40-hour contract). Uncapped Upside: Stack multiple ongoing contracts to grow your passive monthly revenue. What We Are Looking For Your primary responsibility is opening doors and helping us close contracts. Lead Sourcing: Find and qualify clients actively seeking development or AI services. Communication Bridge: Facilitate the introduction and initial negotiations between the client and our team. Zero Technical Load: Once the contract is signed, our engineers handle development, delivery, and ongoing support.
