Community Discussion Growth Specialist – Organic Promotion in Online Communities

We’re looking for an experienced Community Discussion Growth Specialist who is active in online communities and can naturally promote our product/service through genuine engagement. Important: This is not a community management role. You will not be managing or growing our own community. Your job is to participate in relevant existing communities (Wix, Wordpress, ShopifyDiscord, forums, Facebook groups, etc.) and organically bring attention to us in a natural, non-spammy way. What you’ll do: - Identify the most relevant communities where our target audience is active - Join discussions and contribute valuable, helpful comments/posts - Naturally introduce our product/service when it genuinely adds value - Build credibility and trust within the communities over time - Drive awareness, traffic, and interest without sounding promotional - Follow all community rules and platform guidelines strictly - Track and report your activity and results weekly Requirements: - Proven experience with organic community promotion / discussion marketing (especially Reddit) - Strong understanding of community culture and how to engage without getting banned or flagged - Excellent written English and natural conversational tone - Ability to research and find the right communities - Self-motivated, consistent, and detail-oriented - Experience in our niche is a big plus (please mention if you have it) What we expect: - Authentic engagement (no copy-paste spam or hard selling) - Focus on long-term value and trust-building - Clear weekly reports with links to your activity If you have experience turning community discussions into real awareness and traffic, we’d love to hear from you.
