Blitzed is a new crypto casino. We want our Discord to feel like the after-hours spot where you recognise the names, catch the stream drama and come back for the people. We need someone who can host that room. Start conversations, remember the regulars, bring new people in and keep the place from turning into a bot-infested giveaway graveyard. The job - You’ll own our Discord community, its day-to-day energy & growth. - Get involved in chat, build relationships and give people something to talk about. - Welcome newcomers properly and help them become regulars. - Build inside jokes, recurring activities and community rituals that develop naturally. - Run stream watch-alongs, community events and approved giveaways. - Keep players in the loop on streams, games, rewards and updates. - Keep channels, bots, permissions and pinned information organised. - Set up initiatives to growth the community. - Shut down scams, spam and harassment without policing every bit of banter. - Get player issues to support and chase unresolved problems internally.
