Community Manager for Women's Group

I'm looking for someone to help keep an online community active, warm, and engaged. This is a growing space for women in a business + personal development context, and I want someone who's naturally good at making people feel seen by replying to posts, sparking conversation, welcoming new members, and noticing what's resonating. You don't need to be a marketer or strategist. You need to be someone who genuinely enjoys being present in an online space and has a knack for community, not just moderation. Ideal experience: managing or actively participating in online communities (any platform - Discord, Facebook groups, Skool, Circle, forums, etc.), customer support or community roles, or just being the person in your friend group who keeps group chats alive.
