Community Migration Specialist — Moving Us from Skool to Mighty Networks

We currently run our membership on Skool and have outgrown it. We need someone who has actually migrated a live community before, not someone who will experiment on ours. We have roughly 180 paying members, three courses, and two years of posts and resources. Downtime and lost members are the two things we cannot afford. Scope of work Audit our existing Skool setup and map it to a Mighty Networks structure Rebuild spaces, courses, and resource libraries on Mighty Migrate existing content, including videos, documents, and key discussion threads Move members across with minimal friction and clear communication Rebuild paid subscriptions and reconnect Stripe without interrupting billing Set up onboarding so returning members immediately know where things moved to Run parallel testing before we switch anything off Train our team on the new admin side Requirements Prior migration experience between community platforms, with specifics Working knowledge of both Skool and Mighty Networks Understanding of subscription billing continuity Careful, communicative approach — we need a plan before anyone touches anything Preferred Experience communicating platform changes to existing members Familiarity with Circle, Whop, or Kartra as well Availability for support during the first two weeks post-migration Tell us how many migrations you've handled, what went wrong in one of them, and how you'd protect our billing during the switch.
