Community & Social Media Growth Manager (Startup)

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Community & Social Media Growth Manager to support the launch and growth of PWR – Where Winning Changes Lives. PWR is a new UK-based, community-focused prize competition platform with a long-term vision of building one of the UK’s most trusted community brands. Initially, we’re looking for someone to help us develop our social media strategy, content planning and community engagement ahead of launch. As the business grows, there is the opportunity to take on a much broader role within the company. Responsibilities * Develop a social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and YouTube * Create engaging content ideas and content calendars * Help build and grow an online community * Support brand awareness and organic growth * Monitor engagement and recommend improvements * Share creative ideas for campaigns and community initiatives We’d love to hear from people who: * Have experience growing social media accounts * Enjoy building communities rather than just posting content * Are creative and full of ideas * Can work independently * Have experience with Canva, Adobe Express or similar tools * Have an interest in startups and building brands from the ground up Please answer the following questions: 1.
